1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

We aim to deliver your products within 7 days anywhere in India from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier service availability
  • Unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, natural calamities, etc.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping within India: Free or as displayed during checkout.
  • Any special delivery preferences may incur additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A link to track your shipment in real time

6. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed with care using durable, protective packaging to avoid transit damage.
In case you receive a damaged package, please record video/photos and contact us immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer not available

The product will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

8. Delay in Delivery

While we strive to maintain a 7-day delivery timeline, Preeti Udyog is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Remote location restrictions
  • Natural events
  • Government restrictions

We will, however, support you in tracking and resolving the delay.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
